You are allowed to open the order upon receipt to check the order and size in the presence of the (delivery representative). There is no return after the (delivery representative) has left and the item has been inspected in their presence.
Exchange is available, and you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exchanges incur new shipping fees if you wish to swap the size, colors, or model, provided the item is in the same condition as when received.
We confirm that if you return it with the (delivery representative), we can transfer the shipping fees via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
