Shipping fees are paid along with the order price upon receipt.
Shipping cost is 70 EGP for all governorates, except for Upper Egypt which is 80 to 90 EGP, and the Red Sea governorates, Hurghada, or Marsa Matrouh which are 120 EGP.

Refund policy :
You are allowed to open the order upon receipt to check the order and size in the presence of the مندوب (delivery representative).
There is no return after the مندوب (delivery representative) has left and the item has been inspected in their presence.
Exchange is available, and you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exchanges incur new shipping fees if you wish to swap the size, colors, or model, provided the item is in the same condition as when received.
We confirm that if you return it with the مندوب (delivery representative), we can transfer the shipping fees via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
